Job Description

Responsibility

Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and social listening, to maintain a consistent and active social media presence.
Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize strategies for better results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and storytelling across all channels.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve social media performance.
