Job Description

Smartware Innovations is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry. A strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization is essential for success in this role. An MBA or relevant certification in operations management is a plus.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity across the organization.

  • Oversee daily operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, meet deadlines, and achieve operational objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes to maximize value for the organization.

  • Mentor and coach operations team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and development.
